What you see here are a few examples.If you get lit up by the idea of getting to know others who share this same mission, and want to actively participate in helping each others businesses grow, New Earth Collab is for you!

The bigger vision

New Earth Collab has been in the making for years, with a big vision of where it is headed. Right now, the focus is on building - our connection with each other, our businesses, and our bigger visions. The end goal? Shift the paradigm together via the vehicle of our businesses and the support of each other.

It's easy to read something idealistic on the internet and hope that's how it actually is. Here's how I guarantee quality connections:I build them.This is the energy I infuse into my own business, watching it create magic again and again. For example, Kate and Amanda, met through one of my groups and together started the Awakening Conversations podcast. Or Anne and Andrea, clients I introduced, leading Anne to housesit Andrea's Italian organic vineyard.I create spaces where people feel comfortable to connect in genuine ways which intentionally sparks potential in each of them. I can't wait to see what happens and what opportunities arise in New Earth Collab!

Meet Vanessa

Hi, I am Vanessa Smith, New Earth Collab founder. The idea first dropped in back in 2019. I played with many iterations of what this community could look like. Then, finally realised it's pretty simple:To genuinely connect for the purpose of helping each other grow our businesses.Key word, genuine. You know what it's like to meet another entrepreneur at a networking event, and they are checked out or seem inauthentic? It's not so enjoyable nor does it forward either of your businesses.I wanted to create a different experience.As a voracious referrer, truly interested in what other entrepreneurs do in this field, and highly passionate about the paradigm shift, I wanted New Earth Collab to be a hub of others who felt and operated in the same way.If this describes you too, I hope you join!

FAQs

What happens after I sign up?
On February 15th, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to join the online platform (not FB) where we connect. There, you'll find spaces to meet others, share your business, get our meetups in your calendar.What if I can't make the meetups?
Meetups are held on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of every month, at different times, so many can attend. If you can't make them, there will be other ways to connect, refer, support, and share so you still feel connected.Am I required to participate? Can I just join and see if I like it?
I'm sure you know what it's like to join a dead group with the same people always posting, and crickets from everyone else. I've been in them, have hosted them, as well as experienced the opposite. This is why New Earth Collab requires you participate. If you don't plan to, why join?Participation can be interpreted loosely though, as we all have busy lives. It could look like attending a meetup, sharing a resource, connecting with someone who really pops out to you, etc.You are required to refer one person per month to your network, whether that's through a shout out on the socials, in a newsletter, or to a neighbor.Can I join if I don't have a business?
No. This is only open for transformational business owners who are passionate about the paradigm shift and creating collective change. If this is you, but you don't have a business yet, consider starting one!New Earth Collab is not for:
🚫 Lurkers who don't participate or lone wolves who don't like to connect (if you are a lone wolf that would love to connect, and plan to do so, then you are welcome)
🚫 Like for like follow trains, comparison-itis, talk without action, social media vanity metrics
🚫 Constant link dropping or only promoting your business (it's more mutual give & receive)

Let's address the elephant

What if you don't know that many people to refer others to?This question is asked A LOT.While that may feel true, chances are you have neighbors, family, friends, colleagues, clients, social media, a newsletter, people in fitness classes, grocery store clerks, and on. Often, who we know gets overlooked.Let's say though, those aren't people you'd want to refer others to. That means it's time to expand your community, not just with New Earth Collab, but in other ways too.We are in a pivotal moment right now, asking us each to intentionally reach for, curate, and cultivate who we surround ourselves with, while also finding new ways to connect with those already in our lives.Do so, and become rich in community! This is how we impact.
