REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. You will remain in the community if there is still time before the next billing cycle. For example, you paid for a quarterly membership, and there is one month until the next billing cycle when you cancel. You can/will remain in the community for the remainder of the time that you paid for.

Refunds will not be given for paid memberships. For subscriptions, we will send you a reminder of your upcoming payment. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your next payment date to make sure your payment does not go through. You can manage your subscription within the customer dashboard.

“LIFETIME ACCESS” DEFINED

“Lifetime”, as it is mentioned in “Lifetime Access”, refers to the lifetime of New Earth Collab. The intention for this community is for it to grow and continue for as long as it is serving the community. The growth and sustainability of the community is dependent upon many things, including the participation of the members involved. Should it be decided at a time in the future that this community is ready to be closed, the lifetime of the community will come to an end. By becoming a Pioneer Member, you are investing in the growth of this community. However, there will be no refunds should this community come to an end.
